Tree Houses are very popular these days as more people seek to be closer to nature.

This type of construction activity does not come without it's share of controversy though.

Some people point out the fact that most of these constructions cause harm to the trees (sometimes fatally) from nails and bolts placed into the tree itself. They also point out that the wood that is primarily used in this type of home construction comes from killing trees from the very environment people are seeking to enjoy.

Other issues are that very often these home do not last but a few years do to damage caused to the homes as the tree grows - which is a further waste of wood and natural resources.

A Green Home Design S.A. has addressed all of these concerns and offers a truly green - long lasting designs that do not harm the environment and work in harmony with it.

Our designs use recyclable galvanized steel frames covered and sealed with a cellulose impact resistant fiber cement mix.

This fiber mix comes from recycled paper and is 50 times stronger and lighter than standard cement!

By the nature of our construction techniques we can easily produce both modern and traditional designs.

We use cable and pulley systems with collars around the trees - nothing enters or harms the tree itself.

This system also allows ajustments to be made as the tree grows which keeps your home level and safe from the destruction that can be caused as the tree grows.
